Excellent cookware
The very BEST cookware I’ve used over 50 years of cooking. I just ordered 2 pans, to complete a set to leave my children. I’ve used cast-iron, professional, unhealthy, nonstick, etc., & all disappoints. STAUB has held up since I got 1st piece free decades ago. Even if I leave it soaking overnight, never rusts, EZ maintenance/cleanup. if only I’ve known then.

I loved this pan. It is not only pretty. It is a workhorse. It’s nonstick.it evenly distributes heat. I use it daily from eggs to searing a steak.
