Unwearable dress

This dress was shipped in a tiny plastic bag and the sensor was left on it. I was disappointed just taking it out of the package. Wrinkled,flimsy material and a very low neckline,was not a good look for me. Bloomingdales, you can do better! very low. The material is flimsy. It was not a good look for me.
