Well made, beautiful but very small

Well made, beautiful and very small: I am 118 and 5’ 5 and bought size 4 because of other reviews. It is still very tight on my hips. I cannot sit comfortably. I am 34 A and the dress is the top is just right. I may order the size 6 to see what happens. I wish I could just go to the store and try it on. Self portrait only sells online.
