Design flaw

Gorgeous shoe but like other reviewers said, fit is bizarre. The top strap (across the instep) is cut way too big. Didn't even touch my foot. I tried two pair in case it was a fluke but they were identical

The shoes are gorgeous but the buckle and top strap are misshaped. Neither fit smoothly. Returning.
