Confused

Ok I love the bag it's very cute! But the charm that is pictured isn't the one that came so the bag is the same but instead of the star I got a watermelon??!! I don't understand why it's totally different?? I am keeping the bag but I will be calling Bloomingdales to find out why and see if I can be sent a new charm!
