This shirt had promise but it's a miss.

Sadly this shirt is a miss... the fit is off with the droopy sleeve and high waisted cut. The fabric is adorned with rhinestones that sparkle and the white collar brightens the face but the cut is way off. I was hoping to add it to my wardrobe but it's going back.
