Wow!!!
Love this luggage! So many compartments for organizing. The hanger was a great bonus and my clothes were wrinkle free. Very sturdy luggage and the outside looks great even after the TSA workers threw it around lol. I was able to fit so much into this luggage. Best I've ever purchased!

Excellent quality and function
Sleek, quality product with great features such as multiple pockets and very comfortable cushioned handle. Makes week long trips easy. Wheel system is great - I didn't have a problem even pulling it through snow! There is a lot of hidden qualities that make travel easy and effortless with this suitcase.

Disappointed ☹️
The color from the website is different than the one that I see it myself. But unfortunately I couldn't return it to the store because I purchased it online and I have to pay the return shipping that can cost me $67.

Haven't used it yet, but it seems well constructed. Of particular note is the adjustable telescoping arm; locks into various heights.

Okay, But Wouldn't Buy Again
It's okay. Most of the "features" are gimmicks that add no functionality. But it's still a good suitcase whose quality matches the price. If I had to buy this sized suitcase again, I'd choose a different model or manufacturer. My major annoyances: - The bottom handle (between the 4 wheels) is a pouch rather than a true handle. So when your suitcase is on the carousel upside down, you can't pick it up with 2 hands easily. There's nothing to grab onto unless it's lying on its back. Dumb. My other Samsonite suitcases have true handles there. - Padded handle offers no benefit and feels like it will start going bad or get damaged in a couple years. - The internal straps for holding down your belongings is sewed midway up the sidewalls, rather than at the bottom. This means it doesn't hold anything in place unless it's at least half the height of the bag. For example, I can't strap down a couple shirts to keep them from sliding around.
