Best for long shifts/arch support

I got these to wear for my 12+ hour shifts in a vet ICU and ER and they are the most comfortable sneakers I’ve tried. The arch support is perfect. the easy use laces are so convenient. I did have to shorten the laces because I didn’t love how long the remainder was once I put the shoe on and tightened to my fit and also didn’t love having that much stuffed into the lace pocket, but it was pretty easy to cut and glue them together to keep the lace design functional.
