Beautiful product, but defective.
Let me just start off, saying that I wanted this to work so badly it’s an absolutely beautiful looking bag. The clasps that these come with are 10c Chinese clasps. The first time I tried it on I put in wallet keys and another ID card in it. I had it on my waist clipped on an it automatically fell to the floor… I was in shock I was appalled that I paid almost $1000 for this and they give you a clasp on it worth about $.10.. truthfully, the slightest tug on this clasp, and it just comes undone ..whoever put this product to market with that clasp should be absolutely fired. It’s tarnishing the brand and I had to return it. For $1000 I expect a decent product. It doesn’t have to be perfect but boy I guarantee you I’m not gonna be happy if they give me a clasp that doesn’t even work ..Thankfully, the customer service in the store is exemplary.
