Poor YSL Quality and Poor Service
Extremely Disappointed – Damaged $2,900 YSL Bag and Poor Customer Service I purchased this YSL bag based on glowing reviews, expecting luxury quality. What I received was shocking: the bag looked used, and the button closure was completely missing. For a $2,900 item, this is unacceptable. I returned it to Bloomingdale’s just six days after receiving it (June 6 to June 12)—a reasonable timeframe given full-time work and life responsibilities. I clearly informed the store associate that the bag was damaged upon arrival. To my disbelief, YSL rejected the return, claiming the damage was my fault due to a “delayed” return. This is not only inaccurate—it’s insulting. I’m now stuck in limbo, waiting for resolution on a defective product I didn’t cause damage to. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. I urge both YSL and Bloomingdale’s to take accountability and improve their quality control and customer service processes. Luxury customers deserve better.

I purchased the Saint Laurent Kate bag in black with gold hardware and it’s absolutely stunning. The leather feels buttery smooth, and the chain strap gives it an elegant touch. It’s the perfect size for evenings out—fits my phone, cardholder, lipstick, and keys and more. Worth every penny.

Absolutely gorgeous! It is quite specious so i can fit my phone, a wallet even a little makeup bag and still have a room for other things. I wear it at work and it is also perfect for going out. Amazing quality of the leather. I am very satisfied!

The bagi has a beautiful design. However not for the price. The white color brings a since of plastic cheap texture about it. The hardware is heavy and appears to be good quality. I would definitely choose a darker color.

Very pretty but I returned it as I am no longer shopping with Bloomingdales/Macy's/Bluemercury due to no quality control oversight with items sent out and delays in refunds.
Previously used items sent as new.
Your company sent me not 1, but 2 used bags that had apparently been returned by a previous customer. Questionable authenticity coupled with packaging and damage.
