Average product - poor customer service
I've had many steamers and this was is ok. However, where is the customer service? For example, if you want to clean your steamer (page 10 of the instructions tells you to "descale" it), but the instructions are poorly written. I would expect much more from Rowenta.

Best steamer ever!
I bought this steamer 8 years ago and it is still working. A full tank can produce over 2 hours of steam, even on the highest setting. I haven't used an iron in years thanks to this steamer! It heats up in less than 1 minute and eliminates wrinkles in items that cannot be ironed, such as gauzy scarves and cashmere sweaters. Quick, efficient, and reliable! I highly recommend it.

Waste of money
This is my replacement to the original Rowena steamer. This one also does not work after several uses. It steams for several seconds and then NOTHING. The hose is hot but no steam is produced. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!

Underwhelmed
This steamer barely lasted me over a year and because of the warranty the store has, no one was able to help me fix this situation. I do NOT recommend this product.
Excellent professional grade Steamer
I have worked on costumes for both theater and film and have used this steamer for both during stressful deadline-filled productions. It has never failed me. It's easy to transport, takes little space to use, heats quickly and steams adequately on the first pass for most fabrics.

Why no longer produce Rowenta CV8410 prolight ac motor 2000W hair dry machine? I am really so sad because of I cant find this product anymore. It was the best hair dryer I have ever seen..

Dissatisfied
At this price I expected this steamer to last but after following the complicated cleaning instructions it simply died. I am very careful with my equipment and this was not worth the price paid. I own many Rowena irons and don’t have a problem with them.
Gets wrinkles out
Great steamer for a great price. Just hope it hold up well because of some previous reviews.
