Why??

I was so excited to receive this item and had already decided I was gonna wear it for an important corporate event. I open the parcel and the jacket looks a bit dirty upfront .. I thought it’s just a little dust and then I pull it out of the package .. the entire back side including the sleeves were covered in what I can only describe as some kind of lint and dust that won’t go away despite rubbing or through a lint roller . I am so so disappointed. I am returning it but honestly I wish someone had actually checked it before sending it off sigh
