Heel snapped

This pair of shoes that is so attractive also comfortable has significant issue with the heel. I purchased it in the spring and wore it a handful of time.The heel snapped in the middle and could not be repaired at a shoe repair shop due to the need for a complete replacement. the materials used, particularly how the plastic molding lack of strong support. Very disappointed. Don’t know what to do. What a waste.

Terrible quality

I’ve worn these shoes maybe 5-10 times since purchasing and the heel completely snapped off while standing (I was at my office, not on some rough terrain or uneven ground). Very disappointed in the quality given the $300 price tag.
