Beautiful but Poor Fit

I was excited about a long-sleeve top in spring colors!The top is beautiful. I am petite at 5’1”. The XS was 5”- 6” inches too long in the sleeves, too low-cut, and one shoulder seemed to have a permanent hangar bulge.
