Wrong material and color

The shoes I received were in a natural/navy stripe canvas rather than the neutral suede I ordered. It appears that a similar issue had been reported previously, so I would have expected Bloomingdale’s to verify their stock and carefully inspect returns to prevent a repeat.

DO NOT BUY THIS FROM BLOOMINGDALES

Do NOT buy this product from Bloomingdale’s. Their website has the colors mislabeled, I tried ordering twice and they sent the blue ones both times. When I called to complain they said that the ones I actually ordered were sold out from the vendor and could not be sent. This product should not be listed on the website anymore, terrible customer experience. Other websites may be fine but now they’re sold out elsewhere too.
