Beautiful but bad fit

Beautiful but sizing is off. The dress is so well made, with absolutely stunning detail, but the fit is completely off. My 13 year old daughter is usually a size 14, and in this dress both the 12 and 14 were huge. Very wide cut. The size 10 jacket has sleeves that are too short, and hits too low by the hips, creating a bulge on the sides. Wanted this to work so badly as it's stunning.
