Runs Super Small…Missed the Mark by Much!

Ordered this dress for my four year old granddaughter, sizing guide indicates it’s true to size and it is not! The sizing is super small considering I ordered a size up. The size four looks like it’s for a four month old baby, not a four year old toddler.
