Internal theft

I returned this bag and was sent back a pair of jeans in the Prada box with an email stating it’s not the item. Do yourself a favor do not purchase any luxury items online esp if you might return it. Don’t subject yourself to their crooked,unethical ways-it’s clear as day it’s internal theft. After numerous escalations and hours with supervisors on the phone and no follow up I was left with no resolution unfortunately will be wasting more time now I’m pursuing this legally to recover my funds.
