Bulky no shape

Had high hopes, looks cute online, but disappointed in the style and flimsiness of this bag.

I still have not received the bag

I have not received this bag because Bloomingdale’s put the wrong address on it. When I called to get help from Bloomingdale’s, the lady that answered who could barely speak English, said I would have to deal with it. Not more orders at Bloomingdale’s!
