Botanic Garden Dinnerware

I bought several sets of these Botanical Garden dishes about a decade ago from Macy’s.The paint/glazing has not held up well. Not one dish in the collection remains flawless. Within first two years, translucent rings started to appear on the dishes as the coating wore off. We still use them but they are not so pretty anymore and are no longer used for special occasions. I still have a few of the Rose pattern dishes remaining. They have held up much better than the Botanical pattern after thirty years of use and are still beautiful. For the price paid for these dishes, I expected much better quality.

Can't wait to gift this

My best friend collects this pattern, and when it went on sale I bought it for her Christmas gift. The glasses are lovely, maybe a smidge smaller than I expected, but they are perfect!

Wine glasses

They are beautiful, stemless wine glasses decorated with all different flowers on each one. I just love them ,anytime I have company they always comment how pretty they are.

Timeless and elegant

I love everything I own of Portmeirion. The Botanical Gardens is a beautiful and timeless collection that I use for special occasions but also everyday. They are sturdy, both dishwasher and microwave safe. Too beautiful to not enjoy everyday.
