Cute but runs small

Runs Small! Cute design and cut however need to size up in both top and bottom. I"m a 34B 140 lbs 5'8 and small is like a 30 bra size. Will be exchanging for larger size. The fabric is ribbed too which I don't mind but doesn't look like that in picture.
