I bought it as a present for my 12 years old and she absolutely loves it. It is an amazing looking, the sound is great and very easy to set up.

I bought this about two weeks ago, and when I first got it the reduce volume button did not work, it would turn it down and without touching it it immediately would turn back up to the volume it was at. And when I have it connected to my tv or phone sometimes it would randomly stop playing like cut in and out. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it, this is my second JBL Flip 7 and my first one I didn’t have issues with. This one I have had issues here and there with it, and would like to get it fixed if I can.

Awesome speaker

Nice and portable, looks really cool and great sound quality. Sounds best when placed upright on a wooden surface. Would definitely recommend.

I love the speaker but battery is bad

I really enjoy the speaker and how you can s Personalize it. But the battery life is horrible and I don’t know if it’s just mine but sheesh. I mean I can’t even take 2 showers and it dies

Not exactly what I ordered

I bought a customized speaker for my son. The quality of the product is great I really like JBL products. The only issue with it is the color. I customize the speaker and the design was exactly what I order but the colors are not even close to the ones I have chosen.

Poor battery life

The personalization was a perfect surprise for my husband. This speaker is not what I was expecting from JBL at all. The max battery life in this speaker is 2hours max. Even though it says 12-14 hours that is certainly not the case. Basically a cool looking paperweight at this point. Do better JBL. Not worth the price
