Beautiful dress with dysfunctional low quality zipper

I loved the dress, the fit and the color but the zipper did not work properly. As I was putting it on, it got stuck in the middle not going up or down. I could not even take it off and then I had to put a ribbon trying to make it work for our big event. Its very disappointing that you pay this much money for a dress and the zipper is cheap, low quality and dysfunctional. After the event I had to take it to a tailor to change the zipper at additional costs.
