I ordered this orange blazer and it doesn't ship for 7-8 weeks after the order is placed. I canceled it twice on this website and the cancellation "never takes." The cancellation process does not work. Then, I call to cancel it and I wait on hold forever. Your service is terrible. It would be good to know if your items are "in stock" at the time of placing an order. This has happened to me several times. I place the order and then I find out it has a delivery of 2-3 months. This is ridiculous. I ordered the same jacket from the L'Agence website and it was here in two days.
