Perfect Machine is Perfect
Amazing espresso machine that takes ALL the guess work out of espresso. I love not having to dial in the grind or dose or even have to babysit the milk while it froths. Makes a perfect cup every single time. I've had this machine for over a year and I use it every day (sometimes multiple times a day). My go-to is usually a latte, but on occasion I will make an Americano (using a separate kettle for hot water). I've made cappuccinos, flat whites, affogato, espresso martinis, frothed milk for hot chocolate, you name it. 10/10 would buy again.

Easy to use
I love this machine. I have never used an espresso machine before and this one was a great one to start out with. So easy to use. Once my bean of choice was dialed in, it is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Love this machine
I bought this in early October (so about six weeks ago) and it's a fun machine to use. It makes great coffee, easily, and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. And, we've owned both the Breville and DeLonghi before.

Incredible Lux 3+ in 1
Love it! Incredibly surprised by quality of unit and drinks it makes. For espresso it is very simple to use and cleaning is amazing. Seriously you won’t find a better quality machine for the price. The frother is amazing but if you are technical and like your milk steamed you can do through a manual setting. Only other limitation is making an americano there is no hot water feature but again there is an easy work around (when looking at other reviews be careful there is a ninja European product that has a specific Americano Setting)

Ninja coffee maker
Shark makes all of their products “user friendly”. They never drop the ball. I get up and everybody that stayed the night has their order next to the machine. So easy!!

full intuitive and easy to operate
Just buy it. The machine appears a bit intimidating out of the box but it truly is easy to operate and makes all your favorite espresso drinks plus regular coffee all with a touch of a button! You will not be disappointed.
