Sizing is way off

I was so excited to get these for my great granddaughter and ordered a size up just in case. Her little foot won’t fit in the boot. I’ll be returning these and will look for a different brand. I don’t trust the sizing information.

sizing is terrible! way too small

My daughter is a size 8.5, I ordered a 10 thinking she could grow into it. They were too tight for her to wear! Super disappointed because they're adorable and would be so functional for cold wet months—if they fit. I ordered the Hunter "Igloo" boots for her also and they fit as expected, so definitely something weird about this design.
