Poorly Designed Will rust!

Loved everything about it until I discovered that the metal tubing that makes up its base is not fully enclosed. When putting it away for winter noticed rusty water surrounding it and inside of tubing. I returned it immediately. Sad that a great item would me made with such an obvious design flaw.
