This is a well balanced knife regarding weight, the heft of the blade, and the serration of the blade. I bought this knife to power through my artisan sourdough crusts, and it does just that. I can’t wait to slice a tomato!

This is a beautiful knife, I appreciate the nice heft and balance it has. I got this in white so it will stick out in my knife block and has a very nice serrated edge. I just love how good the pro series feels in my hand and how much easier they make food prep.

Nice sturdy bread knife. Like the 9 inch blade length. The serration consists of both wavy serrations and pointy serrations.

I'm able to slice flimsy sliced sandwich bread in half.. Handle is great. If something ever happens to this knife I will purchase the same one again.
