But it does work well

I bought an extra one when I purchased a Coffee Machine . I haven’t dropped the flask at all but there’s a chip in the bottom of it and milk leaked out of it. The chip was very smooth and shiny. Not sure if it was a defect so I’m buying a second one. Hopefully this one won’t break.

Great Mug

Easy to use and quick to removed the piping so the jug can be put in the fridge. Looks good too.

Unnecessary complication

I haven't used the milk flasks that came with my various Miele coffee machines, because it is much easier to put the milk pipe in an ordinary mug. I admit using glass is a step up from the stainless steel flask that came with past machines, where you couldn't see how much milk was in them, but using the milk flask is an unnecessary complication, so it resides on a shelf far away from the machine.
