Did I get a doozy?

I just unpacked this 800 fill comforter last night. It seems awfully flat. This is replacing the my luxe 700 fill that I had for four years but the down shifted and the top and bottom has gone completely flat despite rotating it regularly. I purchased this one thinking it would be more durable and at least as fluffy as the 700 fill one. Does it take a few days to expand? Maybe it was used and returned? The measurements came out a few inches shorter on both ends than the description. I will update this review accordingly.

Thin and already leaking down

Extremely disappointing. The comforter is thin, not very warm and there are already feathers leaking everywhere. The only positive is the size, but it's paper thin and not worth the effort to put into a duvet cover. Will be returning ASAP.
