Great Look. But Questionable Quality

The chair WAS very attractive and comfortable. However, it broke after less than 16 months of light use as a home office chair -- poor construction of the metal frame with metal pieces in the back snapping and penetrating the leatherette. The manufacturer warranty (not published) is only 1 year which feels short for such an expensive office chair. If it didn't break, would give it 4 stars. Would not purchase an expensive chair like this again with such a sort warranty. The Macy's photos were accurate for me.
