Nice pans

So far, really liking the pans. I really like the size of the 11 inch pan. If you're wanting something that is as non stick as a traditional non-stick pan, this is not it. You still needs to preheat well like stainless steel and things have stuck on it when I'm being a little lazy or impatient. Does seems a little more nonstick than traditional stainless steel and slightly easier to clean when things do get stuck. Also noticing scratches with relatively minimal usage, but these seem more cosmetic if anything. These for sure are splurges for pans and might not be for everyone but I like them (though buying them on sale for sure helps soften the blow).
