Counter garbage pail

I’m pleased with the compost bin which is the right size for next to the sink for a waste receptacle. I only wish I knew it came in white before I purchased the gray. But it’s a great color. Easy to put bags inside and easy opening.

Perfect solution to storing food scaps

My city finally rolled out the green bins for food scraps and yard waste. Storing the food scraps in this thing all week is perfect. It’s just the right size for my family of 3, it doesn’t stink on my counter, and I dump it in the bin the night before trash pick up. Rinse it out and start all over again.

LOVE IT!!!!

LOVE this compost bin! We keep it on our kitchen countertop & it looks nice/blends well. We pop the lid open when we're cutting up vegetables or peeling eggs & close it when we're done--no matter what we've put in it, we have never smelled it (until we open the lid). We use composting bags in it, it holds over a weeks worth of scraps for 2 people, & it cleans up well. Highly recommend!

Compost Bin

This compost bin had a terrible odor after using it once with a plastic bag. I washed it with dish detergent, it still smelled. I put it in the dishwasher, it still has an awful odor. I then threw it out. Very disappointed in OXO who usually have great products.

Just what I needed

Size. Holds a reasonable amount of food, doesn’t take up much counter space and fits under the sink when I want to stash it away. Functional: Contains the smell, holds the compost bag in place and easy to transport to the community compost bin. Appearance. Nice look. I don’t mind it sitting out. I’ve always been a fan of OXO and they delivered again on a good quality product !
