Disappointed

I’m writing to report an issue with my recent order. Unfortunately, the shampoo bottles arrived with the caps open. The bottles were dirty, and the contents had leaked out. Because of this, the products are not in acceptable condition. I would appreciate a replacement or a refund.

Best shampoo

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because of the price. It's so expensive but so nice. I have fine hair and I love this line. It lathers very well and since I have fine hair I need the smallest amount because it's pretty thick.

Sleek, Shiny Hair

The most moisturizing, gentle, shampoo that works. A small amount covers my hair. My hair feels silky after using. The scent is amazing and natural to me but enough on it's own, so on days when I use this shampoo I don't wear perfume.
