Defective. Very Disappointed.

Bought this to frame photo of my mother, who was youthful and beautiful till her last breath. One of the hardware parts, on frame back, used to hold photo in place, would not move. Finally, when it did move, it broke off, flew across the room, never to be seen again, and broke my thumb nail in process. I am disabled; not worth painful trip to post office to return, so for now my mother's photo is sitting in unstable defective frame. Will buy different frame to "dress her" honorably. SO disappointed. First Bloomies credit card purchase disheartening. Dont blame Bloomingdales. Blame Olivia Reigel. Not first Reigel frame that broke quickly. They are beautiful, but not sturdy or worth the price. Will think twice before buying another Olivia Reigel.
