5 days walker

I walk 5 days a week which sometime leat to a light jog around 4:30pm - 5:30pm. My new sneakers do not feel heavy, my feet, calf and knees don't throb ,nor do I feel like am drag down, don't feel fatigue, it acurally feel like am walking on air which I like, so I have pick up speed when I power walk It's well worth it not going home with blister and trobing feet.
