Tunneling and Uneven Burn

Let me say, I LOVE NEST candles. I rave about them to everyone and have given many as gifts. I asked for a new Bamboo candle for Christmas after savoring my last one for as long as possible. I was given the gift set and I am so severely disappointed in the classic candle. I have followed all of the burning and care instructions and yet it is burning so unevenly and tunneling along one edge. I'm so sad at the quality of the burn on this candle, especially with such a high price point for these products.

Great pick all-around

Bamboo Scent Products

I love all your Bamboo scented products from the candles to the Liquid Soap and Bamboo scented Hand Lotion! Bamboo is the only scent I have in my house. I only wish you would stay consistent in your Bamboo product offerings because you do not offer any more the lotion and I own the silver tray that you offered of Bamboo Liquid Soap and Lotion and now I cannot refill. Please bring this back! Also, please offer Bamboo in a room spray like other home scents!
