I have a few MZ Wallace bags and they never disappoint! They’re spacious, and stylish! I know they’re a little pricey… but it’s worth every dime! Treat yourself and buy it, you won’t regret it.

Bag is GREAT...Customer Service NOT

I purchased this bag and received a delivery within a few days. Unfortunately, Bloomingdales sent a completely different bag...color, brand and bag type were all incorrect. I called customer service immediately, and was told the correct bag would be sent out and was emailed the return label. The next day I received an email from Bloomingdales that my claim was denied. Again, I called customer service immediately and was told that I needed to wait 48 hours for my "claim" to be reviewed again. I asked for a manager and once I spoke to him and he understood that this was NOT my mistake, he said that the correct bag would be sent out. As promised I did receive the correct bag 2 days later and I returned the incorrect bag. Ironically, the incorrect bag was more expensive than the bag I ordered. So, Bloomingdales, if I really wanted to take advantage of you, I would have returned the incorrect bag without mention of it being mailed to me incorrectly. Bloomingdales needs to rethink their mistrust of loyal customers. This is so difficult for me to write as Bloomingdales has always been my "GO TO" store.

This bag is a little larger than my normal crossbody- so it is great for traveling or when you need mister “stuff” with you during the day. I love the new dahlia camo print!
