Doesn’t keep shape

Love the compartments and design but it does not hold shape once items are in it. It hangs down really low and looks sloppy. For the price it should have come with some sort of bottom support on the inside

This bag is nicely made and durable. Very disappointed though that it was delivered in a plastic bag, should have been in a box to protect the bag during shipping. I wouldn’t order again from Bloomingdale’s.

Love my bag

Fun every day bag! Very roomy and easy to just grab and go. It does tend to slide off the shoulders like others have noted, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.

Awesome except….

This bag is fun, durable and functional. I love it, except it will NOT stay on your shoulder. So much so that my husband refuses to carry it and hates when I travel with it. The whole time you’re carrying it you fight with it, regardless of how much/little you have in it.
