I’d Love It If I Could Untangle It!!

what a mess. the necklace arrived in a big ball. I can’t untangle it, and no Bloomingdale’s within 2-3 states of me. back it goes. if you are going to sell it, figure out a fix on shipping. this is ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend it for this reason.

Great necklace but delicate…

My girlfriend absolutely loves this necklace. Very elegant and unique style. Only complaint is when I received it in the mail, the necklace was completely tangled. I had to take it to a local Bloomingdale’s location to have someone get it untangled. She works tirelessly for over half an hour but was successful. This necklace has to be handled carefully!!

really pretty and different

I love this necklace. It's not flimsy and the moon is big enough. The only thing that bothered me was when it arrived it was tangled and this type of necklace with 2 chains attached was difficult to get apart and straightened out but I did and it was worth it.

Delicate and beautiful!

Loved this beautiful, delicately layered necklace! The stars and moon are big enough to show themselves but not too big to take away from the delicateness of the overall necklace. Sits beautifully on chest too and is unique too! Love this necklace and highly recommend!
