Was sent wrong pair of shoes 2x in the right box

I ordered these shoes in an 8.5 and inside the box I received a cheap pair of white mules by Couto. I returned them and reordered and was sent the exact same pair in the same box again. For a $1150 pair of shoes. Very disappointing.

Perfect elevated mules for spring/summer

I got these to go with a dress for a recent event, but they are so comfortable and versatile that I will be wearing them ALL the time!
