Wonderful Gift with poor attention to the detail

I chose this gift because it gave me a wide variety which I could choose from. But the attention to the details were deficient/poor. They didn’t have boxes/bags the size of the gift. It’s truly lamentable that even though the prices are going up, the attention to the client is going down.
