The cocktail napkin holder is very pretty but the quality is not good, especially for a high priced luxury brand like Michael Aram. The handle does not stay up. You have to hold it up to retrieve a napkin or to restock them. It’s inconvenient and who wants to do that. I returned the holder. I have previously purchased Michael Aram pieces and have found them to be lacking in quality despite the fact they are very expensive. Small touches, such as having a handle stay up or marble serving pieces that are sealed to prevent food stains, you expect to be there are not. You find this out after you have received the purchase and have the inconvenience of having to make a return or stuck with the item because you didn’t find out the defect until after the return date. You get design without the quality with Michael Aram. I will look for another brand in the future to avoid the hassle.
