Warranty

I loved this and just used it about 8 times , and followed all the instructions, but I cannot use it anymore as it won’t work anymore . When I charge it the light comes on and the light pulsates but when I take it off the charge it won’t work anymore .. I wish I had a phone number or something to let them know this so I can see if I can get it replaced .. I just ordered or fill out the form to get a smaller one but I wish they would replace the one I received .. I hope someone helps me out .. thank you

Excellent

Second experience with a personal vibrator. I'd avoided them for a long time because I had a skin irritation reaction to the previous one and wasn't sure what material I needed to avoid. No issues with the silicone, so I'm able to use it without any problems. I did need mine replaced because it stopped charging, but it was covered by the warranty and replaced without charge. The vibrations and shape are great. Easy to use and clean. Charges quickly. Lasts long enough. Totally recommend.

Vibration level too high

The design looks nice but when using it aI struggle to find the button to change the level and to turn it on/off. I also feel that the first vibration level is too high, I can’t even use levels 2 and 3.

only replacing bc it’s lost

this has been my favorite go-to vibe for 5 years. it’s stayed consistent in my rotation and hasn’t degraded in quality at all. smooth to the touch, nice weight in the hand, and discreet enough to not be immediately identifiable. love the different sensations available by changing up the angle. unfortunately it vanished in my house, but that has me running to replace it. best case scenario i find my other one and now i have two! give it a try :)
