Perfect!

I adore this brand, and when I saw this t shirt at your Chestnut Hill store, I grabbed it because it was the perfect item I needed to take with me on an upcoming trip. The subtle metallic shine was gorgeous -- not too much, but enough to dress up a number of different outfits. It gave off a very classic, chic vibe. Unfortunately, it was not my size and I was very disappointed. However, your sales associate, Andrea stepped in and immediately searched your other stores for the right size. She located one at your 59th St store, and arranged for it to be shipped to me directly at home, overnight. She was incredibly helpful, and also texted me to update me on everything, and then to make sure I received it the next day. I could not appreciate that more. I often have size issues when it comes to finding items (I'm an extra small petite), and I SO appreciate it when a sales person goes the extra mile to help out. The t shirt is perfect, and Andrea's assistance in making sure I received it in enough time before my trip was invaluable!
