Holiday process = FAIL!

My review is specifically focused on the delivery process, not the product. (The product has a reputation of its own and can be purchased at many different retailers.) That said, Bloomingdale's must have ZERO common sense when it comes to delivery. They delivered the order promptly, but left the receipt on the outside of the bag. This purchase was on 12/16 - smack in the height of the holiday shopping season... Would you at least have considered putting the receipt in an envelope? This was a gift for my better half. A Christmas gift, that was intended to be a nice surprise. Bloomingdale's either has a flawed process for holiday season delivery purchases, or, the people in their delivery department just don't give a darn. Not only that, but since this was a purchase over $300 or whatever dollars, the free gift was shipped, but never received. MAJOR FAIL on the delivery process. Otherwise, the product fortunately speaks for itself. To Bloomingdale's management, get your process together!
