Nice looking product. Terrible customer service.

Got this 2 months ago and used it about 3 times. Came in with shot measuring utensil loose. After the 3rd use it broke. Reached out to Bloomingdale’s and they did nothing to help because it was outside of 30 days. To pay $250 for something so low quality for that price is upsetting. I could have gotten something made just as cheap at tj max. I won’t do business with Bloomingdale’s again. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Pretty but not practical

The cocktail tools are pretty and feel high quality but the shaker that comes with it is too small for the strainer. I don’t understand why the set wouldn’t work together. If you’re looking for a practical set that you can use as intended, skip this one.
