Not what I hoped for
Did not improve the look of my lashes that I had hoped to see. The mascara also has an unfavorable scent.

Good but not excellent
This mascara coats every lash well, from root to tip. It washes off easily with water and clumps into small clumps. However, for the same reason, it's not long-lasting and often leaves marks on the eyelids.

Dissatisfied
Not a large tube, didn’t see much results as far as making my lashes appear bigger.

Arrived used
was really disappointed when this mascara showed up. The box was beat up and the mascara itself looked like it had already been used. I reached out to customer service, but they weren’t much help; just repeated the same lines without actually fixing the problem. I expected better from Bloomingdale’s.
Cleaner pillow case with Max!
Max is easy to apply, other brands are too thick and are messy. I try to remove the other brands and in the morning my pillow case has black spots, not with Max.
