I got an email saying my dress was delivered and there was no package. Bloomingdales - even tho I ordered the dress on their store website - said it was from a third party distributor so they will issue a refund "request". i am so confused. This dress was a big splurge for my sons wedding. Nowhere in my order did it say it was a third party.
