unusual sizing

I'm a fan of Lysse and have three pairs of long pants. I know what size to buy. Got the shorts- so excited that I would love them, but they are smaller by 2+ inches in the hips. They weren't flattering the way my others are. Most of the reviews say they fit as expected; only one other said they ran small.

Great fit. Nice high rise shorts that stretch but don't fall down. I think they run a little small. I got a large and wear a sized 10
